Based in the UK; Dickon has spent over 30 years in the tech sector, around a decade of which he spent in house running recruitment teams for the likes of Yahoo!, Betfair and Arise Virtual Solutions in EMEA. A former software engineer, he has run his own search firm and has been instrumental in the scaling of a series of challenger recruitment brands on both sides of the Atlantic. His focus has been primarily on product, engineering, gtm, people and ops leadership roles for start ups, scale ups and companies undertaking strategic change. Awarded a Bardship by the Cornish Gorsedh in 2024 for services to Cornish culture through rugby, he also is the longest serving Director of Rugby in England for London Cornish RFC, a role he undertakes on a purely voluntary basis.
