Dhruvi Shah is a Senior Consultant with Odgers Interim as well as Professional Search - a service line by Odgers Berndtson Canada. She is responsible for providing clients with talent solutions that enable transformational growth across a wide range of industries and functions. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson Canada, Dhruvi worked at a multinational advisory company where she was responsible for providing subject matter consulting, building long-lasting client relationships, and managing several large-scale projects. Before that, she held a variety of finance and project management roles within the financial services industry. Dhruvi holds an MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University and a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Waterloo.
