Based in Mumbai office, Dhanaluxmi Kandappah is a member of the global Leadership Advisory Services team at Spencer Stuart. With a background in designing, building and measuring transformation and change programs, Dhanaluxmi’s work at Spencer Stuart focuses on leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, top team effectiveness, DE&I, and organizational culture advisory. Dhanaluxmi has consulted globally for two decades on leadership strategy, development and culture transformation across industries and institutions, and is a passionate champion for preparing women leaders for the C-suite. Extensive experience in leadership assessment and development advisory Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Dhanaluxmi was a consultant at global leadership advisory firm. Most recently she served as a consultant helping clients lead through transformation efforts, and partnering with CEOs, CHROs and other top executive on team cohesion. She was also the company’s DE&I lead for India, and previously was the global IP function’s leader for culture change and top teams. In working as a C-suite leadership advisor, Dhanaluxmi helped assess leaders across industry and services, partnering with clients to measure leadership performance, make strategic recommendations for external hires, internal promotions and restructuring. Dhanaluxmi received a bachelor’s in English literature from Stella Maris College. She is an ICF certified coach, a process worker by training and she has been certified in a wide range of psychometrics.
