Deepak also serves as a consultant to senior management in many industries. His consulting work includes Strategy Planning & Implementation, Organisation Structure Redesign, Performance Orientation & Management, Manpower Productivity Improvement, Employee Engagement Initiatives, Leadership development & Advisory, plus Senior Management Searches. Deepak assists clients in guiding and enabling business leaders to achieve their goals better, co-creates innovative people management initiatives, and evaluates structure & systems to deliver improved business performance. Previous Experience Deepak has more than two decades of professional experience and worked with some of the best companies in industries such as Consumer Electronics, Jewellery, Software, ITES, Banks, and Management Consulting. He brings in rich cross-industry business insights & practices. He was a core team member for several new business launches, including setting up a new business as a CEO-India. Deepak got into management consulting and has supported clients in Business Advisory, Leadership Consulting & Business Improvement for more than a decade. Academics and Interests Deepak spends his spare time coaching and mentoring promoters of start-up product heads and is an active member of industry associations. Deepak has earned his MBA in Marketing & I.T. from Symbiosis and B.E Electrical from IGIT, Utkal University.Deepak has co-authored a book titled “Playing the Business Game”.
