Based in Sydney, Dee possesses deep expertise in executive assessment, development, and succession. She supports Boards, CEOs, and CHROs to overcome their leadership and cultural challenges in order to future-proof their business and achieve their strategic aspirations. With over 25 years of consulting and corporate experience, Dee has worked with leaders across a broad range of industries in Australia and throughout Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dee held leadership roles in talent management and business psychology consulting firms in Australia and the UK. Earlier in her career, Dee held a global talent management role for one of the world’s largest FMCG companies. Dee holds a BSc, with honors, in applied psychology with pure mathematics from University College Cork and an MA in occupational and organizational psychology from the University of East London. Dee is registered as a practicing psychologist in Australia and in the UK. She is also an associate fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
