About Ms. Lucas
Deborah Lucas is the Chief Operating Officer for Odgers Berndtson in Canada, based in Toronto. As a member of the leadership team, Deborah is responsible for finance and the day-to-day operations of the firm nationally. Deborah joined Odgers Berndtson in 1994 as Director of Finance and Administration for the Toronto office. In 2002, her role was expanded to include national responsibility.
Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Deborah spent 10 years at The Caldwell Partners, where she was responsible for finance, marketing and advertising.
Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.
