Before joining Spencer Stuart, Debolina worked in product development and managing turnkey implementation projects across Europe, North America and India, including more than six years in the UK. Debolina earned her Master of Science in computer applications from Bengal Engineering and Science University, and her Bachelor of Science in mathematics from St Xavier’s College, India. She speaks English, Hindi and Bengali.
