As a Research Associate, Deanna supports search teams by developing and implementing research-based strategies for Koya Partner’s executive searches. Prior to joining Koya Partners – a part of Diversified Search Group – Deanna worked as a senior research specialist at Isaacson Miller in Boston, Massachusetts. There, she trained and mentored team members on best practices using various methods and databases. Deanna also assisted search teams in finding qualified and diverse pools of candidates. She is passionate about working with the mission-driven sector to find candidates who can make a difference.
