the client is seeking an inaugural Dean for its School of Computing at a technology institute. In this senior academic leadership role, you will help establish and guide the schools strategic direction, academic priorities, and organizational development as it launches its inaugural leadership.
You will be responsible for overseeing the schools educational mission, supporting faculty and curriculum development, and establishing governance and operational processes that enable effective teaching and learning. You will also represent the school in internal and external forums, build collaborative relationships, and help set expectations for academic quality, student success, and continuous improvement.
The role will typically require strong leadership experience in higher education or a related academic environment, along with demonstrated ability to manage teams, drive strategy, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
