The client is seeking a Dean for the College of Arts and Sciences. This senior leadership role will set strategic direction and help advance the academic mission across arts, sciences, and related disciplines.
In this role, the Dean will be responsible for overseeing college-level academic programs and day-to-day leadership, supporting faculty and student success, and strengthening institutional priorities. The Dean will typically collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote quality, sustainability, and responsible growth of the colleges teaching, research, and service activities.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in academic leadership, with the ability to provide vision, manage complex priorities, and foster a collaborative environment. The Dean will be expected to represent the college effectively, support governance and academic standards, and lead initiatives that improve outcomes for the broader college community.
