The client is seeking a Dean-level academic leader to support its mission across public health, healthcare, and academic medicine and health sciences. This role will provide strategic and organizational leadership for academic and scholarly activities, and is expected to foster collaboration across disciplines and stakeholders while advancing the clients educational and healthcare-related goals.
The Dean will oversee the overall direction of programs and initiatives and may be responsible for driving quality, performance, and continuous improvement across academic operations. The role will involve setting priorities, supporting faculty and staff, and helping strengthen the clients impact through research, education, and service aligned with the academic mission.
Qualified candidates will typically bring strong leadership experience in higher education and/or academic healthcare environments, with an ability to guide complex, multi-area organizations. The role is expected to demonstrate effective stakeholder management, clear communication, and a commitment to academic excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and advancement of health-related education and scholarship.
