The client is seeking a Dean of the College of Food, Agricultural and Natural Resource Sciences and Director of the Minnesota Agricultural Experiment Station. This senior leadership role will oversee academic and research operations within the college, providing strategic direction, setting priorities, and ensuring effective collaboration across research and education missions.

The Dean/Director will lead and coordinate long-term planning, faculty and staff support, and the development of programs that advance teaching, research, and outreach. The role is expected to foster an environment of strong governance, responsible stewardship, and external engagement to support the institution’s goals and impact.
