David Mills, based in London, solves the most pressing leadership challenges of CEOs and their teams across transformation, succession, assessment and search within communications and tech companies. He leads several key client relationships for the firm and has completed numerous high-profile searches for Board/CEO, COO, CCO and CTIO roles in both public and private corporations. David has considerable experience advising clients on CEO and executive committee succession planning, as well as Board evaluation. Notably, he has conducted numerous senior executive assessment and benchmarking projects to help clients identify experience and skill gaps in their existing teams, given the future strategic objectives of the company, as well as analyze the alignment of the Board to that strategic agenda. David also works extensively with clients on diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, David worked in various marketing roles for Hutchison Telecom. David received his BSc in economics and business finance from Brunel University of West London.
