David Lloyd has been with the firm since 2003 and has over 35 years in human resources management and executive search and selection, primarily in upstream oil and gas as well as the regulated utilities. He previously served as a Board Director with a major UK search and advertised selection business where he was responsible for the company’s Energy and Utilities Practice. Mr. Lloyd has handled assignments across the full range of technical, business support, and executive and management disciplines, including Board level searches for both Non-Executive Director and Chairman Roles. Prior to search, he held Human Resource management positions with Texaco, Gulf Oil, and General Electric. Mr. Lloyd has a Master of Science in Industrial Relations and a Diploma in Advanced Management Studies.
