David is an experienced international Headhunter and Talent Advisor within the Technology space focusing on commercial and technical leadership. Based in London, he majors in FinTech and HealthTech and has a substantial track record with early stage (Founder-led/VC backed) and PE backed Scale and Growth businesses. David will be focusing on building out the Scale Up Collective within the Global Technology Practice. The Scale Up Collective supports the talent agenda through board builds and leadership hiring for investor backed businesses. David will also continue his commitment to DE&I and Sustainability focused technology clients. Prior to Odgers, David previously worked for a number of global and boutique tech focused firms. Further, David has also been Account Director for an EMEA wide RPO. He began his career in consultancy, before taking on various sales, marketing and operational roles within both AstraZeneca and Glaxosmithkline.
