Dariusz is a Partner at the Stanton Chase Warsaw office responsible for executive search activities within the technology, professional services, private equity, and natural resources and energy sectors. Dariusz brings 25 years of management and leadership experience from the telecommunications, high technology, products, and resources industries across Europe and the United States. Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Dariusz was responsible for commercial development and operations at publicly listed and private companies. He led organizations and teams to achieve double-digit top and bottom-line growth. Dariusz strengthened leadership positions at Orange and T-Mobile, created new ventures at HAWE S.A. and ce-market.com, and formulated strategies for several companies at Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Over the years, he has also led a number of business transformation and change management programs. Dariusz graduated with first class honors both in electronic engineering from Lodz University of Technology and in economics from Lodz University. He has also completed various management courses in the United States and Europe.
