Daniela Florez serves as a Senior Associate, collaborating closely with our internal team, clients, and candidates to schedule meetings and establish effective points of contact between our search partners and clients. She plays a crucial role in facilitating interviews and ensuring that all action items are completed for a successful search process. Among the clients she has successfully assisted in closing searches are Asana, Eberl Claims Service, ThoughtSpot, and LeadVenture. Daniela began her career as an intern on the Frederickson Accounting and Administration team, where she supported the back-office operations of the business. Prior to that, she participated in a two-year cultural exchange au pair program in Menlo Park, CA, where she lived with a family caring for twins during the pandemic. Earlier in her career, she was a Production Engineer Intern at one of Colombia's most recognized food and coffee production companies. She holds a Bachelor of Sciente with high honors in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes, one of Colombia's top universities. In her free time, Daniela enjoys watching Netflix and discovering new shows, spending quality time with family and friends, exercising, and exploring new restaurants in the city.
