She focused on critical initiatives spanning technology enablement, program management, and change management. She also served in Chief of Staff roles, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. She has a deep understanding of AI-driven and machine learning talent solutions and has played a key role in hiring millions of candidates globally throughout her tenure at Amazon.
