With more than 20 years of experience working across the global healthcare ecosystem, Dana plays a key role in leading our board and CEO work, bringing particular insight and expertise in the biopharmaceutical industry. With her passion for science and innovation, she also has deep experience working with companies across sectors on their senior R&D leadership issues. Based in Amsterdam, Dana previously served on Russell Reynolds Associate’s Executive Committee and held the role of Global Capabilities Co-Leader on the Senior Leadership Team. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Dana was a global account manager and key member of the European life sciences practice at the Monitor Group (now part of Deloitte). Earlier in her career, she was a post-doctoral fellow at Harvard University and a Fulbright fellow at the University of Sydney.
