Dan specializes in the global technology industry, across both APAC and international markets. His portfolio includes high growth, private and global organizations across software, services, digital infrastructure, semiconductor, hardware & systems and emerging technologies. Dan brings deep expertise in the APAC market, with a major focus on Software Go-to-Market leadership roles, advising clients on Board, CEO, and organizational design and compensation structures. His work in digital infrastructure has involved regional and international CEO succession and team builds for both public and private equity backed organizations. Dan works extensively with private capital in the APAC region on advisory and human capital projects related to technology assets, digital transformation and emerging technology trends. He has also acted as a key talent advisor for startup organizations entering APAC and building operations in ASEAN. Dan was most recently a consultant at another global firm specializing in leadership and executive management searches. He was the Managing Partner for Technology across the APAC and Middle East geographies and previously operated as the Managing Partner, Singapore. Dan holds an MA in Modern History from Wadham College, University of Oxford.
