Hassania School of WorksAudiences (Casablanca), Ecole Polytechnique (Paris) Dalil began his career in engineering within large design offices in Morocco, before spending several years within a major European manufacturer of telecommunications infrastructure and solutions as Key Account Director. He subsequently joined the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion Group within its engineering subsidiary, where he notably led a major modernization and merger-acquisition operation which gave rise to a major player in consulting and engineering in Morocco. In 2005, Dalil took over as General Manager of the Hassania School of WorksAudiences of Casablanca, where he built and implemented an ambitious development strategy that will make the School shine in Morocco and abroad in its missions of training engineers and continuing education on several management themes. In 2010, Dalil was appointed Director General of the Moroccan National Airports Office, where he implemented a vast restructuring project, change management, and overhaul of good governance bodies and processes, in a complex, strategic, and sensitive environment. Dalil also achieved during his careerteacherseveral missions on behalf of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization. Since 2015, drawing on his experience as a manager in large companies, and his deep and intimate conviction that people are at the center of any sustainable managerial approach, Dalil has provided his expertise to large companies, particularly in strategic thinking, management and human resources training, individual and team managerial support, and on issues of change management in complex environments.
