Her experience in executive search, assessment, and coaching began in 1998 when she worked for two highly regarded firms, Asset Executive Search and Norman Broadbent. She was also head of recruitment at marchFIRST, a boutique strategy consulting firm. Cristina joined Ezentia in 2005. She was in charge of the Research division, responsible for strategies and managing direct approach missions. Cristina became a Partner in 2016.
