About Favero
Cristina is Senior Consultant in AIMS Italy and Head of the Consumer Global Practice Team in AIMS International.She combines HR experience in both the consulting and corporate worlds, having worked, prior to AIMS International, for major FMCG multinationals such as Reckitt Benckiser and Unilever at an international level.She began her career in Sales, before moving to HR, where she held various roles ranging from Leadership Development, to HR Business Partnering, to leading roles in the digital transformation agenda at both Italian and European HQ levels. She has lived and worked in the UK, Netherlands, Australia and currently in Italy.Since 2019 she has been working as Senior Consultant in AIMS International Italia, focusing on Head Hunting, Assessment and Managerial Development projects with particular focus on the Consumer and Retail, Industrial, Digital and Asset Management industries.She holds a double degree in International Economics from Bocconi University, a Master's degree in Global Management from the University of Queensland, and an Executive Leadership Diploma from the University of Oxford, Said Business School.She is certified in the use of SHL, Hogan, Utilia and Smartive assessment tools and is an ACSTH Accredited Coach by the International Coach Federation.In addition to Italian, she is fluent in English and Spanish.
