Cristian joined Signium Italy in 2024, focusing on Executive Search projects. With over 20 years of experience in recruitment and selection, Cristian was the Practice Leader at EXS Italia, an Executive Search firm of GIGroup, managing projects in the Industrial and Consumer Goods sectors. Previously, at Wyser – a company dedicated to Middle & Senior Management profiles – he held positions such as Division Manager, Business Line Manager, and Senior Manager. He was involved in the startup, development and management (P&L) of the Padua and Bologna offices. He also contributed to the candidate evaluation model definition and process using personality questionnaires and tests. He is certified in Thomas PPA and HPTI for both Wyser Italia and the Global Practice. At Experis (ManpowerGroup), he served as Team Manager for the North-East and Vertical Manager for Engineering, as well as Business Development Manager, focusing on the development of Corporate/Key Account clients at domestic level. Cristian holds a degree in General and Experimental Psychology from Padua University and a Masters in Personnel Management and Training. He is fluent in Italian and English.
