The Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing all commercial activities in the China market, serving as the main point of contact and representative for our client. This role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive growth and achieve business objectives in China. The Country Manager will lead a team of professionals to execute sales, marketing, and business development initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
In addition to managing day-to-day commercial operations, the Country Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government officials. This role requires a strong understanding of the Chinese market, as well as experience in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets in a similar role, along with excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
