Costa Tzavaras is Director, Global Programs, for Amrop’s worldwide network of firms. Costa oversees a number of global programs, related to technology, professional development, operations and vendor relationships, as well as communications and information management among the 70+ offices of the Amrop Partnership. He acts as a global resource for branding, marketing, knowledge management and best practices. With more than sixteen years of experience in cross-cultural project management, as well as senior-level international executive recruiting, Costa has worked with internal and external clients across a range of industries, cultures and geographies. His direct executive search experience spans a wide variety of sectors and functional areas, having built particular expertise in managing large-scale, complex multi-national search mandates. His program and project management experience includes large-scale technology projects, branding & marketing, training & development and social media. Working on behalf of Amrop's global headquarters in Brussels, he has experience living and working in Toronto, Melbourne, Dublin and Athens. Costa holds degrees in Political Science and Education, both from the University of Toronto. His began his career as a teacher, working with inner city and at-risk students in Canada. Costa is passionate about international travel and photography, having exhibited his work in Toronto and Athens. He is fluent in English and Greek.
