He specializes in recruiting CIOs, CTOs, and CISOs – critical leaders who drive innovation and value creation throughout the investment lifecycle. Additionally, Connor works across industries to place transformational talent, from functional technology leaders to CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and GTM executives within high-growth tech and software businesses. He is deeply experienced in placing value creation professionals, including operating partners, portfolio optimization leads, and carveout specialists, into private equity firms and portfolio teams. A trusted advisor to investment professionals and operating partners, Connor helps shape talent strategy and organizational structure in alignment with their business goals. His clients rely on him for rigorous talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and calibrated counsel on what great leadership looks like in fast-paced and complex environments. Connor joined Acertitude in 2020 as an associate, advancing to senior associate in 2022 and principal in 2025. Before joining the firm, Connor served as a senior research associate at Diversified Search, supporting cross-industry searches in technology, financial services, and the nonprofit sector. Based in Philadelphia, Connor is an explorer at heart, often found discovering new restaurants, tossing a football with friends, or strolling the Schuylkill River Trail.
