Colin S. Graham is co-leader of Spencer Stuart’s Industrial Practice in North America. He is also a core member of the firm’s Private Equity, Board and CEO practices. Colin has extensive experience leading C-suite searches and CEO succession assignments, for clients spanning from the Fortune 50 to leading private equity firms. He has diverse experience across the industrials ecosystem, including the aerospace and defense, automotive, and diversified manufacturing industries, with a focus on the engineered products and solutions, industrial technology and industrial services sectors. Deep leadership advisory experience Before joining Spencer Stuart, Colin was a managing director at a board advisory and executive recruiting firm, leading its industrial technology practice and helping lead the firm’s CEO and private equity practices. Earlier, Colin was a principal at another international search firm, where his work focused on the diversified manufacturing and the energy sector. Colin served as an analyst with Pepsi Bottling Group early in his career. Colin earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Plymouth State University. He remains involved with the university; he has endowed a leadership scholarship for the College of Business Administration and serves as a mentor to the scholarship recipients. He is also a regular contributor to Forbes and is involved with several nonprofit organizations, including Habitat for Humanity.
