The client is seeking a Client Partner to lead and expand strategic enterprise technology relationships within a fast-growing technology services environment. The role focuses on digital operations, customer experience, IT services, and transformation initiatives, with an emphasis on building long-term executive partnerships and managing complex global accounts. The position supports growth efforts in areas such as Generative AI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
Key responsibilities include owning enterprise account relationships, driving pipeline expansion, and growing revenue through account mining, upselling, and cross-selling. The Client Partner will be expected to engage executive-level stakeholders, develop quarterly and annual account growth strategies, and act as a trusted advisor. The role also involves cross-functional partnership with delivery, operations, HR, and sales teams, as well as handling escalations and overseeing delivery in SLA-driven environments.
Requirements include 815 years of experience in client or account management within IT services, BPM, digital operations, or consulting environments, along with proven success managing and growing large enterprise technology accounts. The Client Partner should have strong commercial acumen, including contract management and revenue ownership, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology ecosystems. A bachelors degree is required (with an advanced degree preferred), and the role is expected to fit candidates comfortable working in global delivery or offshore/onshore operating models, navigating complex organizations, and communicating effectively with Directors, VPs, and C-suite leaders.
