Training Claudia Allwißer successfully completed her studies in Business Administration at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences and combined her education with two extended study stays in Northern Ireland and France. She is also a certified Systemic Business Coach (dvct). Professional experience Claudia Allwißer began her career at a medium-sized industrial company, where she was responsible for sales in international markets such as France, China, and Russia. In 1999, she moved into executive search and learned the ropes of personnel consulting at Signium's CFO Practice. In 2007, she joined Jack Russell Consulting - AltoPartners Germany. Claudia possesses extensive experience with national and international searches across a wide range of industries and corporate cultures. With great clarity and openness to other people and new topics, she particularly excels at tackling complex and demanding projects. Personal interests Claudia practices Zen daily – on the meditation mat and in everyday life. Otherwise, she always enjoys being active (jogging, cycling, hiking, yoga, fitness…) – preferably outdoors.
