About Ms. Roussel-sullivan
Claire is a bilingual Senior Consultant with over 25 years of progressive experience in human resources management, specializing in leadership, change management and executive coaching. She led HR functions, including executive development and compensation, for one of the world's largest companies and the Government of Canada. Claire has worked across all Maritime Provinces, Alberta and British Columbia, gaining extensive knowledge of HR best practices. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Université de Moncton, a diploma in Adult Education from St. Francis Xavier University and advanced leadership training from Thunderbird University in Phoenix, Arizona.
