Prior to joining Stanton Chase, Chuks held a number of senior management and regional board positions, including Head of Management Process (Change Management), Head of Retail networks, Corporate Client Director and e-business Solutions Director for a Global Distribution Group in the UK with over 190,000 employees and a worldwide presence-The Royal Mail Group. Chuks brings over 20 years of working experience, including a comprehensive skill set built on senior management positions at both strategic and operational levels. His senior management roles have encompassed Corporate strategy, Retail Network management, ICT, Change Management, Business Process improvement, Capacity Building, and Quality and Service Improvement. More recently, Chuks has worked as an independent consultant providing consultancy and program management services across Africa. A strong proponent of delivering best value in public sector services and leveraging new technology for business service improvement, Chuks has been a speaker at a number of key African government / private sector engagement forums including the United Cities and Local Government (UCLG) Africa Conference Abuja, Microsoft African Heads of Government Forum South Africa and various interviews across various media platforms.
