Christian joined Stanton Chase International as Partner in January 2016. He has more than 16 years of leadership experience built from both his career in the Navy as well as several leadership positions since then. From 2008 to 2016, Christian held various leadership positions in CEB and SHL, including National Sales Director/Country Manager and Vice President. He has extensive knowledge regarding leadership assessment and best practices in general and has worked with many of the biggest brands in Denmark and the Nordics. Christian conducts searches for board, executive, and senior management positions for Danish and international clients within various lines of business such as Industrial, Technology, Logistics, and Transportation. Christian holds a leadership education from the Royal Danish Naval Academy and has many years of experience from the Navy with several international deployments and a position as Commanding Officer (Captain) on a Danish warship from 2006 to 2008.
