Christian Daniels is a consultant in Spencer Stuart’s San Francisco office and a core member of the firm’s Technology & Digital Officer Practice. He leads chief product officer, chief technology officer and chief design officer engagements for Fortune 100 companies as well as venture-backed and private equity-backed organizations. Christian advises organizations on the leadership necessary to scale their product, technology and innovation capabilities. He has extensive experience working with clients across industries, including enterprise and consumer technology, financial services, industrial, healthcare, life sciences and retail. Christian is deeply committed to championing diversity, equity & inclusion and helping clients achieve a more diverse leadership team and workforce. He spends much of his time advising clients on strategies to recruit and retain diverse talent. He brings broad leadership advisory experience across executive assessment, development and organizational culture. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Christian was lead talent advocate for Hired, a recruiting technology company, where he helped build and lead the company’s contracting business. Christian began his career in executive search for a San Francisco-based leadership advisory firm specializing in the technology industry. He has experience recruiting and advising executives across functions. Christian is a graduate of Stanford University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology.
