Based in New York, Chris Davis co-leads Russell Reynolds Associates’ global FinTech Practice and is a core member of the firm’s Financial Services and Digital Practices. He conducts C-level executive and board assignments for financial services, fintech, information services/infotech and private equity clients. Chris focuses on helping clients to develop leadership and succession plans to support innovation-led growth strategies. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Chris worked at McKinsey & Company in London and Toronto, where he was an Associate Partner and leader of the Financial Services, Digital and Data Analytics Practices. He led client engagements focused on customer-centric growth strategies, specializing in financial services and technology sectors across North America and Europe. Previously, Chris led a division of GfK, one of the largest market data services/data analytics firms in the world, based in London. He started his career at Dundee Global Investment Management (now part of Scotiabank) in Toronto, where he held roles in distribution and economic research. EDUCATION & AFFILIATIONS Chris earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance, with honors, from Queen's University, his Law degree from the University of Oxford, and his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
