The client is seeking a Chief People Officer to join their team and lead the Human Resources function. This executive will report directly to the President & CEO and be responsible for shaping the organization's culture, enhancing the employee experience, and aligning workforce strategies with long-term growth goals. The CPO will oversee a team of 32 FTEs and guide all aspects of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organizational Development and Education, Total Rewards, HRIS, Employee Relations, Employee Health, and HR Operations.

The CPO will play a crucial role in driving the organization's mission, vision, and overall success by developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
