Opportunity Details

Our client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in eCommerce business and a track record of building high-performance teams to drive digital transformation. They should have a passion for our client's mission of educational equity and a deep understanding of the technology transformation in the eCommerce marketplace. The COO will collaborate with the Executive Team to set organizational vision and strategy, drive Marketplace growth, and manage the roadmap for eCommerce operations. They will also be responsible for developing and managing E-commerce KPIs, technology standards, and reporting dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in building, scaling, and running eCommerce and logistics systems, with at least 2-3 years as a C-level leader in a high-growth organization. They should have strong analytical, managerial, communication, and leadership skills, as well as supply chain and logistics experience. The COO should be able to think creatively, improve existing processes, and create new processes from conception through implementation. The salary for this position is $245,000, and our client offers an excellent benefits package.
