They are seeking a Chief Membership Officer to lead their Membership division, overseeing a team of professionals and driving membership growth through marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have substantial leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
The Chief Membership Officer will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of qualifications, marketing, and professional services, as well as developing digital platforms to enhance member engagement. They will represent the Membership division in stakeholder groups, maintain relationships with key members and external stakeholders, and lead the implementation of a new CRM system. The successful candidate will also be tasked with inspiring, developing, and leading the Membership team to deliver the Business Plan and effectively manage budgets.
Qualified candidates will have a degree-level qualification, with a professional engineering qualification being desirable. They must have experience in change leadership, project management, and delivering improved performance. Strong financial planning and budget management skills are essential, along with the ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively. The Chief Membership Officer will play a key role in driving the client's mission forward and ensuring the continued success of their Membership division.
