The client is seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to help architect and scale a highly data-driven people organization. This executive role will partner directly with the CEO and Board, serving as a strategic advisor while building the HR and organizational foundations needed to support rapid growth and strategic acquisitions.

As CHRO, you will lead human capital strategy across executive compensation, workforce analytics, organizational design, succession planning, and acquisition integration. Responsibilities include supporting executive compensation initiatives and Compensation Committee efforts, building workforce analytics and KPI dashboards, designing scalable organizational and leadership structures, overseeing talent acquisition and leadership development, and modernizing HR systems and people processes.

Candidates should bring senior CHRO-level experience in a public, PE-backed, or high-growth technology environment, along with demonstrated Board and executive compensation experience. The ideal background also includes strong expertise in M&A integration and organizational design, and a data-driven, analytically rigorous approach with a transformational, hands-on leadership style. The role is remote.
