The CFO will be expected to further integrate recent acquisitions and enhance both the commercial and analytical finance capabilities needed to sustain long-term growth and a successful future transaction, while continuing to strengthen the company’s financial leadership.

The ideal candidate is expected to have experience as a CFO in a PE-backed lower-middle-market environment, particularly within distribution or other inventory-intensive business models. The role calls for strong analytical and operational finance capabilities, with the ability to partner across functions to support commercial decisions; M&A integration experience is preferred.
