The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and the principal steward of the client's financial strength and long-term sustainability. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CFO provides strategic financial leadership in support of the organizationメs mission, growth, and operational excellence. The CFO ensures the integrity, transparency, and strategic alignment of all financial operations within the organization. This role involves executive oversight of financial planning and analysis, capital strategy, debt management, regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, and business operations.

The CFO works closely with the CEO, Senior Management Team, and Board of Directorsラparticularly the Finance and Audit Committeesラto guide long-term planning and inform strategic decisions. The role requires translating financial data into meaningful insights. Beyond technical expertise, this position necessitates exceptional communication skills and executive presence, as the CFO acts as a visible leader within the community, engaging residents, board members, and team members in clear, transparent financial dialogue.
