The client seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and transform the organization dedicated to advancing lung cancer advocacy, survival, and quality of life improvement efforts. With a mission to confront lung cancer challenges on multiple fronts, the organization focuses on early diagnosis, comprehensive biomarker testing, and community engagement. The CEO will be instrumental in expanding national programs, ensuring the implementation of strategies that enhance national screening practices, patient navigation, and equitable healthcare access, thereby improving outcomes for those affected by lung cancer.

As the leader, the CEO will collaborate with the Board to advance advocacy agendas and patient service initiatives. Responsibilities include the oversight of development, sponsorships, patient care services, fiscal management, grants, program operations, Board relations, and human resources. The CEO will ensure that the organizationﾒs fiscal, operational, fundraising, marketing, and communication strategies are executed effectively, keeping the lung cancer community's needs at the forefront. The CEOﾒs work will influence federal policy, increase research funding, and maintain affiliation with key partners to broaden access to screening and care.
