Independence Charter School (ICS) is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization in its mission of providing quality public education with a focus on global citizenship. Founded in 2001, ICS has grown to serve approximately 800 students in grades K-8, offering a curriculum that emphasizes Spanish language immersion and integration of arts, ideas, and histories from around the world. The ideal candidate will be passionate about global education, culturally responsive, and committed to driving the strategic priorities of the organization while developing its vision for the future.

The CEO will work closely with the Board of Trustees, school Principal, and other key leaders to ensure the success of our client students through establishing best-in-class instructional and operational programs. They will lead a dedicated team, serve as a brand ambassador, and build relationships with external partners to support the school's mission. This role is ideal for a motivated leader with a track record of success in a mission-aligned educational organization, non-profit, or school, who can drive breakthrough outcomes and continue to advance the vision of Independence Charter School.
