The client, The Voice of Home Care in Ontario, a member-based organization representing home care service providers across the province, is seeking a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as the current CEO, Sue VanderBent, is retiring after 27 years of leadership. The CEO will lead advocacy efforts, policy discussions, and health sector initiatives to promote the importance of home care in Ontarios health care system. They will work closely with the Board of Directors to implement the organizations Strategic Plan and build relationships with government, media, partners, and member organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ontarios health care system, experience in advocacy and government relations, and the ability to drive membership growth while supporting existing members.
