The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include leading a team, overseeing customer journey and digital marketing initiatives, monitoring online customer experience, analyzing e-commerce trends, managing relationships with partners, and ensuring high levels of customer service across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field from a reputable university, along with proven leadership experience in e-commerce. Experience in omni-channels and strong knowledge of e-commerce best practices are highly valued. The successful candidate should have excellent analytical skills, data-driven thinking, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. A forward-thinking mindset, passion for innovation, and at least 20+ years of working experience, with 8 years in a relevant role, are also required.
