Previously, Charles led several initiatives at Georgetown University, including branding, marketing and communications for the School of Foreign Service in Qatar. Before joining Georgetown, Charles managed technical and web systems for the Washington Post, Newsweek and Slate.com. An award-winning photographer, Charles has worked with numerous organizations including Qatar Foundation, National Basketball Association, Media General Newspapers, Washington National Opera, and the Copenhagen Consensus. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and an MBA from Georgetown University.
