Mr. Limbaugh began his career as a risk analysis contractor on Air Force bases throughout Southern California. After completing the Spares and Costs Project for the Delta III rocket program, and the closing of Norton AFB, he transitioned to the financial services industry in Orange County, CA. Starting as a network engineer, then moving to the business side, Mr. Limbaugh implemented automated underwriting (AU) systems, management reporting and dashboards, and built custom software for ensuring federal compliance with red-lining and anti-money laundering legislation.
