Chanchal has been working and living in Malaysia since 2014.Prior to joining AIMS International, Chanchal was a senior banking executive and corporate advisor, with more than 30 years of experience across the EU, Malaysia, Russia, Central & Eastern Europe, Hong Kong and India.Leveraging insights gained across various industries and geographies, he provides organizations a range of services, with a focus on Executive Search and Talent Management solutions.In his more than two decades as a senior executive at Scotiabank and ABN AMRO, Chanchal was a trusted advisor to large corporate and public sector clients regarding their credit, restructuring and commercial banking needs. He built large teams across multiple geographies, led regional Sales & Marketing initiatives and served on both banks’ Risk & Regulatory boards in the respective countries.Chanchal holds degrees in Economics from the University of Calcutta and Strategic Leadership from Oxford University.
