The client is seeking a CFO for their European operations in the Food & Beverage FMCG industry. This role will involve managing complex financial operations across multiple countries, providing strategic insights, and ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives. The CFO will be responsible for performance management, supporting major CAPEX decisions, process improvement, consolidated accounts production, and statutory reporting for European group companies. They will work closely with the European CEO, leadership team, local Financial Directors, and finance teams to maintain consistent financial management practices.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of financial management experience in multinational organizations, with expertise in statutory accounts, treasury operations, and management accounting. They should have experience working with external auditors, managing audit processes, and coordinating financial operations across multiple countries. Strong leadership, team management, and proficiency in financial analysis, ERP systems, and compliance frameworks are essential for this role. The CFO must also have a proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments.
