Ceci Wang joined Stanton Chase International as Consultant in Shanghai in 2013, previously having extensive experience in business development, sales, marketing, recruitment, training and team management in professional services and real estate sector for more than 7 years. Her comprehensive experience provided her a strong basis and ability to identify top performers in various businesses disciplines, functions and senior positions. Prior to her Human Resources consultant career, Ceci worked as Team Manager in the education sector, being awarded 3 times as the most productive and the youngest manager in that position. Later her business career was focusing on business development in Real Estate where she eventually was in charge for managing the sales team and organizing recruitment processes. She was also promoting her company’s services to the international clients who are working in multinational companies in various industries. As a manager, she cooperated with the international business community and accumulated valuable experiences in her business capacity in China. She has developed great communication and inter-personal relationship skills as well as a strong sensitivity towards people of various cultures. Ceci puts her professional knowledge on talent acquisition at the service of her clients by providing a wide range of value added HR solutions.
